You’ll receive an email from our event Team will give you a call the week of your event to review final details. This will be your opportunity to add on extra guests, more food, and party favors for your guests!

When the first playtime is over, head over to the party room to celebrate the Guest of Honor and serve delicious food, drinks, and cake!

Arrival
Party parents, the Guest of Honor, and other Party Guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time to check in. When you arrive at Kidcadia, head to the Event Check-In desk to meet your party team!

You and your guests get one additional hour of play in the facility after your time in the party room ends.
