Here’s how we ensure every adventure is enjoyable and worry-free:
Know the Rules: Please review and follow the posted safety guidelines throughout the play area.
Stay in Your Comfort Zone: Avoid any activity, climb, or move you’re not confident about. Safety begins with knowing your limits.
Supervised Play: Trained Kidcadia team members monitor all activities. Play responsibly under their guidance.
No Casts Allowed: Guests with soft or hard casts are not permitted on play structures. Your full recovery is important to us.
Kidcadia Health and Safety Policy
At Kidcadia Franklin, the health and safety of our guests and staff are our top priorities. To ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, we’ve implemented the following health and hygiene policies. We kindly ask all visitors to adhere to these guidelines to help us maintain a safe environment.
Cleanliness and Sanitation
Daily Cleaning: Our facility undergoes thorough cleaning and sanitization every day, including all play structures, toys, and high-touch surfaces.
Regular Disinfection: Play areas are sanitized throughout the day using child-safe, hospital-grade disinfectants.
Hand Sanitizer Stations: Hand sanitizer stations are placed at key locations throughout the facility, including the entrance, café, and play areas.
Illness Policy
To protect the well-being of all guests, we ask that families refrain from visiting Kidcadia Franklin if they or their children show any of the following symptoms:

Fever (100.4°F or higher)

Cough or shortness of breath

Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours

Runny nose with discolored mucus Rash or open sores

Contagious illnesses such as chickenpox, strep throat, or pink eye
If a guest becomes ill while at Kidcadia, we may kindly request that they leave the premises to ensure the health of others.
Hygiene Practices
Handwashing: All guests are encouraged to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility, before eating, and after using the restroom.
Socks Required: For hygiene purposes, socks must be worn by all guests in play areas. No bare feet are allowed. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk if needed.
Diaper Changes: Diaper changing stations are provided in designated restrooms. Please dispose of diapers in the provided bins to maintain cleanliness.
Food and Drink Policy
Food and beverages are permitted only in designated café and party areas.
All food items must be consumed away from the play structures to prevent contamination.
Staff Health Requirements
All staff members undergo daily health screenings and are required to stay home if experiencing any symptoms of illness.
Staff are trained in proper hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing and sanitization protocols.
COVID-19 and Contagious Illness Preparedness
Masking: Masks are optional but encouraged for individuals who prefer an extra layer of protection.
Physical Distancing: We encourage guests to respect personal space, especially during busy hours.
Capacity Limits: We monitor guest capacity to avoid overcrowding and allow for a comfortable, safe environment.
Emergency Protocols
In case of a medical emergency, staff members are trained in basic first aid and will provide immediate assistance while contacting emergency services if necessary.
A first aid kit is readily available on-site for minor injuries.
Vaccination and Wellness Awareness
While vaccinations are not required for entry, we encourage all guests to follow their healthcare provider’s recommendations regarding immunizations.
